Submission Requirements

You must register for the meeting before submitting an abstract.

After registering, you will receive an email with a web link to submit your abstract.

Abstracts should be written in plain text and can be copied and pasted from Word, Google Docs, or Notepad.

Abstracts are limited to ~2900 characters (including spaces).

Every accepted talk has an option (and is encouraged) to also present a poster. No additional abstract is required.

Key Dates

Abstract submission deadline for talks: April 1, 2025 (and it's not a joke)

Talk reviews returned: around April 10, 2025

Abstract submission deadline for posters: May 1, 2025

Poster reviews returned: around May 10, 2025

Program Information

All accepted talks will likely be around 10 minutes long.

The electronic abstract book will be sent out before the conference.

Program details will only be available once the electronic abstract book is released.

Talk and Poster Information

Your acceptance email will contain details regarding:

  • Talk length and scheduling
  • Poster session instructions
  • Poster printing options at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory

For poster printing, CSHL offers an on-site service where your poster will be ready for collection upon arrival.
