Submission Requirements

You must register for the meeting through Cold Spring Harbor before submitting an abstract. After registration, you will be redirected to their portal to complete your details and submit your abstract. Payment may be deferred until your abstract is accepted.

An email with a unique submission link will be sent following registration. Please prepare your abstract in plain text format, which can be copied from Word, Google Docs, or Notepad.

Abstracts are limited to ~2900 characters (including spaces). Accepted talks include an option for a poster presentation, which does not require a separate abstract.

Program Information

Accepted talks will be approximately 10 minutes long. An electronic abstract book will be distributed before the conference, with additional program details provided upon its release.

For poster presenters, an on-site printing service is available at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, ensuring your poster is ready for collection upon arrival.
