What’s Included in In-Person Registration:
- Full access to all conference sessions, workshops, and networking events
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided daily
- Conference welcome reception and the banquet dinner
- On-campus housing (for those selecting a room package)
- Free parking on-site
No-Housing Package: This option includes all meals, access to all conference activities, and on-campus amenities, but does not include accommodation. Attendees selecting this option must arrange their own lodging.
Housing: On-campus housing is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If rooms are full, attendees will be placed in a nearby hotel with free daily shuttle service to and from the venue. Student housing is default double occupancy. Please inquire about availability and fees for a private room.

Virtual Participation
Includes access to the oral sessions via Zoom, the digital poster gallery, the Slack discussion workspace, and the Leading Strand video archive.
If you are submitting an abstract for an oral or poster presentation, you must attend in-person.

Non-Presenting Participants
Certain categories of non-presenting participants may qualify for reduced virtual fees:
- Individuals currently working in low & middle-income countries (LMIC)
- Individuals currently working in non-LMIC countries in Asia, Australasia, Africa, or South America
- Individuals currently affiliated with U.S. & Canadian minority-serving institutions
- Individuals with demonstrable financial barriers
- Individuals with family obligations or other special circumstances
