Attendees will need to arrange their own accommodations, with the following two discounted hotels being the recommended options. Please note that the window to secure reservations at the discounted rate will close on May 16, 2025. After this date, the discount will no longer be applicable, so we encourage everyone that will attend to secure their bookings as soon as possible.
